After an initial consultation session, we’ll schedule your Real Estate Agent Business Foundation Program sessions.
The first session is a one-hour consultation ($150) where we review your current business, goals, and challenges. This allows us to tailor the program to your specific needs.

During the program, we’ll dive deeper into branding, marketing, lead generation, client management, and transaction processes. You’ll receive a customized plan with actionable steps to optimize your systems, attract more clients, and close more deals.

You can skip the consultation and enroll directly in the full program for $650.
If you choose to start with the first session, the $150 cost will be credited toward the full program if you decide to enroll afterward. This way, you don’t pay extra — it simply counts toward the total value of your program.

You can schedule your first session or the full program at any time after your initial consultation.
Most clients book at least a week in advance to allow time for preparation and scheduling flexibility.

First session (optional consultation): $150

Full program: $650

If you start with the consultation and enroll in the program afterward, the $150 will be deducted from the total program fee, so you’ll pay $500 for the remaining sessions.

Once the program is complete, you’ll have a proven framework to manage leads, attract clients, and run your business efficiently.
Afterward, you can choose to continue your growth with Ongoing Consulting & Support, where we monitor progress and help you stay on track, or enhance your business with the Online Presence Optimization program to strengthen your website, social media, and branding.
